BRVTVS
is a contemporary space where you can come for breakfast, a drink, a meal, or to enjoy the more energetic and friendly atmosphere later in the evening weekends where the vibe changes very quickly with the DJs spinning their perfect vinyl playlist to set the mood.
Music is at the heart of BRVTVS and it's the ideal place to share it through a soul, rare groove, modern funk and disco vinyl selection.
BRVTVS takes quality food, drinks & music seriously, giving the idea of welcoming customers in a warm environment with attention to every detail. The idea is to recreate, in a modern variety, the dishes of Italian traditional cuisine, that until a few decades ago were everyday’s food and drink in Italy. A great way to experience the Italian style of eating with simple and genuine recipes.

ITALIAN FOOD & CONTEMPORARY PIZZA
BRVTVS contemporary pizza is made with a highly hydrated dough made of flours with a high protein content, which allows up to 80% greater absorption of liquids and water, which gives a particularly light and digestible pizza, full of charm and intense colour.
The original recipes are created respecting the moods and life cycle of nature, inspired by the seasonality of the ingredients.
All dishes are crafted on-site using raw materials that are used that arrive from Italy at least three times a week and have been manically selected, most of which are organic and DOP or IGP produce. BRVTVS works closely with local and Italian suppliers to carefully select the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients and our menu changes regularly to reflect this offering a great taste experience.
COCKTAIL BAR
BRVTVS Cocktail Bar is a big part of the experience, inspired by Italy’s storied cocktail history like "the Spritz, the Bellini, the Negroni", constantly update by an original menu – all in the name of being “committed to better drinking” hearing the perfect Jazz record on the perfect sound system, while sipping an Amarone riserva and enjoying a barrel aged Negroni.
